Standard miniatures are 28-32mm rank-and-file miniatures: Space Marines, Handgunners, Eldar Rangers, Skeletons, Royal Marine commandos.

Large miniatures include mounted 28-32mm models (on horses or bikes), 40mm miniatures, Tyranid warriors and others.

Heroes include 28-32mm character models on foot, 54mm
miniatures and other unique and detailed models that require special attention (such as pretty much anything from Freebooter Miniatures or Avatars of War).

Monstrous miniatures include trolls, ogres, small dragons, greater daemons, weapon teams, models in the 54-75mm scales and smaller warmachines.

Vehicle rates apply to all 28-32mm tanks, large warmachines, other vehicles below the super-heavy class, 80mm models and military display pieces.

Super describes all 28-32mm super-heavy vehicles (Baneblades, Stompas, Shadowswords) as well as large Flyers like Valkyries and Marauder Bombers, plus Gargantuan creatures from Forgeworld and normal tanks and vehicles in scales greater than 32mm.
Some models fall into a mix of categories, such as mounted heroes or monstrous heroes, like Hive Tyrants. In these cases, a degree of discussion may be necessary to agree a suitable price.
